MIXS Living Concepts (MLC) was founded in 2013 by the Owner Mark Lim in conjunction with business partners from different fields.

With our gain and experience throughout the years, we have become recognized names in the field of interior design. Yet, we strive to give our best to our clients by continual expansion and improvement on our range of services.

``As an interior designer, I think the best part of design is connecting with the client and understanding what their needs for a space in the most comprehensive way. Most of the time, I find my inspiration from my clients. My favorite aspect of design is creating a space with a comfortable flow where one does not feel the furniture is in the way but more of a perfect fit in the space. To reach perfection, building a relationship and create the best possible space for them is my goal. ``

``For me, design is not only about good looking, giving a character to a space is the key. A home will only come alive by having client’s personality and the profound effect it creates with them. I enjoy the challenge of selecting piece by piece from all over the place while meeting client’s needs which is the main factor when I design. Like puzzle solving, interior design is the assembly of many unique pieces into a cohesive whole and it is absolutely a rewarding experience to see the end result.``
